Reproduction, distribution, public communication, and transformation, in whole or in part, without the express authorization of the owner is prohibited.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
The user acknowledges that Epic Words is an experimental platform based on Artificial Intelligence:
- Content generated by 'The Oracle' is for entertainment purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
- The infallibility, accuracy, or validity of predictions or texts generated by the AI is not guaranteed.
- The owner is not responsible for damages derived from misuse of the platform or service failures.
The user assumes exclusive responsibility for the use made of the information generated by the AI.
5. MODIFICATIONS
Epic Words reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate to its platform without prior notice, being able to change, delete, or add content and services as well as the way they are presented.
6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Epic Words and the user shall be governed by current Spanish regulations. Any controversy shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the project owner's city of residence, unless current law provides otherwise.
